Responsible Gaming at tl99

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At tl99, responsible gaming is not a legal checkbox — it is a core part of how we operate. Bangladesh has a vibrant betting culture around cricket, football, and kabaddi, and we are proud to serve that community. But with that privilege comes the responsibility to ensure that every player who chooses tl99 does so freely, within their own means, and without harm to themselves or their families.

We have designed our platform so that the responsible gaming tools are easy to find and even easier to use. Whether you are a casual player who enjoys a few cricket bets during the BPL season or a daily casino user, the same protections apply to everyone. Our support team, reachable 24/7 via live chat or email, is trained to handle sensitive conversations around gambling harm with empathy and strict confidentiality.

We also urge all players to treat gambling purely as entertainment — not as a source of income. The outcomes of casino games and sports bets are governed by RNG (Random Number Generator) certified systems and genuine match results; no strategy guarantees consistent profit. Set a budget before you play, stick to it, and enjoy the experience for what it is.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available to You

All tools below are free, self-service, and accessible directly from your tl99 account settings. You do not need to contact support to activate most of them — though our team is always ready to assist if needed.

• 💳
Deposit Limit Set a daily or weekly cap on how much you can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. You can lower the limit instantly; raising it requires a 48-hour cooling period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• ⏰
Session Time Limit Choose a maximum session length. Once the limit is reached, you will receive a notification and be automatically logged out, helping you avoid extended unplanned play sessions.
• 🧊
Cool-Off Period Take a voluntary short break of 1 to 30 days. Your account remains open but all deposits and betting are disabled. Winnings can still be withdrawn during this period.
• 🔒
Self-Exclusion Request a formal self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanent. This is irreversible for the chosen duration. Contact [email protected] to initiate. We will process your request within 24 hours.
• 📉
Loss Limit Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a single day or week. Once reached, further bets are blocked until the period resets, giving you firm financial boundaries.

Quick Reference: Default Limits

The table below shows tl99's built-in default parameters. Players may set stricter personal limits at any time from their account settings.

Recognising Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is often difficult to recognise in yourself. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling has moved beyond healthy recreation:

• Spending more money or time on gambling than you originally planned.
• Gambling to recover losses or to escape stress, anxiety, or depression.
• Neglecting work, family, or social obligations because of gambling.
• Feeling restless or irritable when trying to reduce or stop gambling.
• Borrowing money, selling assets, or taking loans to fund gambling.
• Hiding gambling activity from family members or friends.

If two or more of these signs apply to you, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team or activate a cool-off or self-exclusion directly from your account settings. You are not alone, and help is available.

Quick Self-Check Questions

Ask yourself these four honest questions. If your answer to any of them is yes, consider speaking to someone or using one of the tools above.

Remember: answering honestly is the first step. There is no judgment here — only support. tl99's responsible gaming team handles every conversation with full confidentiality.

Get Support — We Are Here for You

Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, tl99's support team is available around the clock and will treat your enquiry with total discretion.

Protecting Minors

tl99 takes the protection of children and young people extremely seriously. We invest in robust age verification systems at the point of registration and conduct ongoing checks where a player's age cannot be fully confirmed. If we suspect a registered user is under 21, the account is immediately suspended pending verification.

If you share a device with younger family members in your household in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or anywhere across Bangladesh, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions:

• Always log out of your tl99 account after each session — do not leave the session open on a shared device.
• Use a strong, unique password and never save it in a shared browser or device keychain.
• Enable parental controls or content filters on shared devices to block access to gambling websites for underage users.

Further Help and Resources

Beyond tl99's own tools and support team, we encourage any player who feels that gambling is becoming a problem to seek independent professional counselling. Bangladesh has growing mental health awareness programmes, and qualified counsellors in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh can provide confidential guidance on compulsive behaviour and financial stress management.

Remember: taking a break, asking for help, or stepping away entirely is always a valid choice. No game is worth your financial security, mental wellbeing, or family relationships. Play smart, play safe — and when in doubt, reach out.
